I want to stop my portal pages to get cached by all browsers.
I have this meta tags
<meta http-equiv="cache-control" content="max-age=0" />
<meta http-equiv="cache-control" content="no-cache" />
<meta http-equiv="expires" content="0" />
<meta http-equiv="expires" content="Tue, 01 Jan 1980 1:00:00 GMT" />
<meta http-equiv="pragma" content="no-cache" />
How to write these tags in YII and where to write?

you need to write these tags on the layouts. the layout wqas probably under protected/views/layouts/main.php edit this file and write these tags on the head section.

Hi
Actually, you also have
Yii::app()->clientScript->registerMetaTag(...);
