I’ve been assigned setting up a web site on a GoDaddy Windows hosting account. The framework choices are classic ASP, ASP.net or something PHP based. Most of my companies sites are classic ASP, but I would prefer to use YII / PHP. I’m in the process of getting some details from the IT people (hosting account and ssh access).
I have searched on this forum and see threads on GoDaddy, but I’ve only seen Linux hosting mentioned.
Stop me now if this is unlikely to work. I will be reporting on progress and asking questions if I am able to proceed.
