Help reroute URL

Hello guys,

I would like to know, how can I route the url for this link

/employer/candidate/id/17/job/4/language/en to /en/employer/candidate/id/17/job/4

basically on Employer controller

actionCandidate(id,job)

so it has 2 parameter.

However since i use a multi lingual.when generate the create link it shows the first link. what i want to do is to reroute it to the 2nd one.
