[HELP] Failed to install Gentelella template on Yii2 Basic

I need help because whenever I try to install the gentelella template using Composer with this command, composer require --prefer-dist yiister/yii2-gentelella “~1.0”, I keep getting errors. Here is the screenshot of the error

In the YouTube tutorials, it seems to work fine. Is there something wrong with my Yii setup, or am I missing something? Any help from the community, seniors, or anyone experienced would be greatly appreciated.
