Getting error when install yii2

I got the following error when write the command " php composer.phar create-project yiisoft/yii2-app-basic basic " on command prompt.

Please help me.

That is something with your internet connection.

Clear the composer cache and then try to install the packages again:

php composer.phar clearcache
