get error from winrar after extract

while extracting the yii 2, i get the following errors:




!   C:\Users\zolfagharia.IRCS\Downloads\yii-basic-app-2.0.0.tgz: Cannot create symbolic link basic\vendor\bin\markdown

    The system cannot find the path specified.

Well, winrar is unable to create symlinks. What is OS and file system you’re using? I hope it’s not FAT under Windows XP…
