Right now email notifications about new posts are delayed by 10 minutes. I believe this delay is configurable - can we reduce it to something like 1 minute? It is really hard to rely on email notifications if they’re delayed by 10 minutes - it slows down discussion in some cases.

It is a good thing that it allows editing before the email is sent, but we could set it to 2 minutes.
