Sorry guys my EL is not good. Im a newbie Yiiframework.
This’s my first web.
I have an issue with Yii 1, i setup my web in localhost, using xampp, when i run localhost/myweb-forder/, I received the notice

PHP warning
fopen(…/counter.dat): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

C:\xampp\htdocs…\protected\controllers\home\SiteController.php(64)…

pls help me to fix this. thanks u

Are you using any extension ? could you share some more detailed place where the error occurs in SiteController.php - line number 64
