Example Of Using Jquery's Packages

I’m playing around using JQuery in Yii. I googled about it but most of articles are the same. I still don’t know how use JQuery’s tools in Yii.

Please give me a complete and simple using a JQuery package or tool. For example show using rating package. Please don’t mean Yii’s classes like CStarRating or zii widgets because I wanna see direct using of JQuery.

I will be happier if someone tell me how use a new JQuery tool after downloading it.

But this website just uses zii widget and not direct approach.

zii widgets are limit and I don’t know how use rest of JQuery widgets and tools.
