hey… how or where can i change the text of the errorSummary (Please fix the following input errors:)?

I need it in German.

i need to change the validators as well. like "URL is not a valid URL"

Yii also has translated messages for many languages including german. Try to configure the applications language property to ‘de’ in your application configuration.
