Edit the css of Pages

Hi im new to YII,
and i can’t find a way to edit the css of pages like the Login.php.
I have an login template i created thru Figma that i want to apply to the login page.

Is there an Tutorial im missing or a way to do this?
ps im using YII2 Advanced
