Edit Asset Css

Hi

I was reading the wiki and found this:

Do not manually edit any file under assets/ - if you have a real need to make a change, find the publishing module, edit the source, delete the subfolder under assets/, and let Yii re-publish the updated files.

But I’m still unsure of what to do here. All I want to do is add a new laoding gif into the image folder with a particular asset and adjust the CSS to use the new loader.

How do I do this? Sorry if it’s simple.

I have the same question, When the files in the Asset folder got updated with actual files?

for example

actual style.css to assets/667788../style.css ?
