Does Yii2 will stable for long time..?

I have project with long term requirements probably 2 to 3 years and I need to provide support to my client for 5 years. So I wanted to know does any major changes in yii2 in nearer future.? and Yii2 will stable for long time…?

Yes. There will be 2.1 eventually but it won’t be a total break like 2.0 was compared to 1.1.
