what are good tools the have for working on Yii Projects, when using only opensource tools and are working on Linux?

my current list of tools are:

Debian (LAMP)
MySQL Workbench
Meld (diff tool)
Atom with https://serenata.gitlab.io/ and https://atom.io/packages/atom-yii2 plugins
Remarkable (markdown reader)
git

any additions or recommendation to replace are welcome…

PhpStorm covers working with DB, diff, markdown and editing code in general.

As for the local environment, Docker-based images are good way to have isolated environemnt.
