crontab job in windows yii

Hi guys…

Firstly I have a website ,[size=2] I wanna set the date and on that date , I wanna send emails to all my staff members …[/size]

On the otherhand how to set email remainder for the specific date and time…

How it is possible…I have search all stuff on google…but get that crontab is unix job but not for windows …

How to get it for windows operating system…?
