I am new to the CRM based applications.
When I google for the information following are the features which are essential for CRM applications

Calendar

Company
-
Tasks
-
Employees
-
Meetings/Events
-
Phone calls
I have looked for some free open source CRM apps like epesi.com (might be difficult to manage the app later for adding new features or changes).
Kindly let me know is it easy to start development from scrach using the Yii framework? if possible let me know the modules available related to CRM.
Ideas on other PHP frameworks or any other open source CRM apps also needed.
