I am trying to create a new webapp in opensuse using the yiic command.
However, after I execute the command, it just returned an error message.

In terminal what do you see when you enter "which php"?
Why are you using XAMPP on OpenSuse? Can’t you just install the webserver/php-stack via YaST?
