coordinate picker error

i am using ext.coordinatepicker.CoordinatePicker for getting map coordinates in yii

it was working fine few months before.But Nowit is giving me error

Google Maps API error: MissingKeyMapError

please help me with it.

how to resolve error,where to add api key (please tel me file names)
