Change Password Link Problem

Hi,

  I need to change passsword option for myapplication. I'm getting this functionality in label only at layouts/main.php. But, i need put in user/setting.php file. When i give update link it saying "Your request is invalid". I attached my file below. pls check it once and help me to come out from this problem. Thank you.
