Cannot run yii rbac/init

hi, guys

I just installed a yii2 advanced template on windows machine, everything is good except i cannot run

yii rbac/init or yii rbac

the error is :

but command: init and yii migrate under same folder were successful, and i can browse the index page, can signup and signin

No new migration found. Your system is up-to-date.

just dont know why yii rbac failed this way.

EDIT: i solve following this guide

in the specific i run this command:


yii migrate --migrationPath=@yii/rbac/migrations

I have same problem. I cant Installing Yii 2.
