Can you help me to normalize this DB design? I have a redundancy issue

Hi you all!

I’ve been working with Yii 1.1 for my last project, but now I’m moving to Yii 2.1 with a new project.

I’m designing my DB and I have a situation that I’m not sure what’s the best way to solve and it would be very helpfull for me if you can give me a hand.

I made an image to explain in a graphic way my situation and I attached it to this post.
