Blocking access to bugs and feature request forums for new members

I’ve noticed these forums tend to get clogged up with people with problems rather than the bug report or feature requests the forums are intended for.

Just an idea that maybe people with less than 10 posts cant create topics in them.

Would help them not get clogged up and peoples queries might find better answers in the appropriate forums.

In practice it’s not such a good idea as a lot of people only register to report a bug or file a feature request. :)
