That’s from 2013, taken by pro photographer in a studio and with lots of guidance on posing etc. Was used in advertising campaign for local conference: http://habrastorage.org/files/f70/b9d/ac4/f70b9dac4c3f427db7c6765006b300c3.jpg
Probably it was intentional to have such an effect
