Wouldn’t it have made more sense to label this release as 1.1.14.1, following Semantic versioning?

It would have been 1.1.14.1, which might have seemed like too many numbers. I doubt they’ll want to change their version numbering scheme within Yii 1.1.x as it’ll just cause more confusion.
