Advise on Framework

Hi,

We will modernise our classified ads site, and are looking on different platforms. I have read a lot of positive things about yiiframework. How would yiiframework perform to build a classical classified ads site like say CraigsList or GumTree? Would we have use of the framework, or would we feel its the wrong structure for what we want todo?

It should be OK. I see nothing that should prevent you doing CraigsList-like project using Yii.

Any modern PHP frameworks are capable of building a site like that
