I am creating an advanced-template project. I am trying to add a code template for GII CRUD generation (kartikgii extension). I am following the instructions at this site (http://www.yiiframework.com/extension/yii2-kartikgii/) but I am not able to select the code template from the GII CRUD Generator. Could someone give detailed instructions on how to do this for an advanced template?
