That’s a nice idea. The integration in admin panel it’s a really helpful thing. Maybe, the same idea can for front.

Just to note that this thread is in the Yii 1.0.x sub-forum (not maintained anymore)… if you are using Yii 1.1.x than please post in appropriate forum
Sorry, I’ve seen that but too late, a lot of post were already written.
Maybe the powers that be can make this into a WIKI article instead? or atleast MOVE it to the appropriate forum?
wiki is user contributed… it means that you can write a wiki article… just go to
http://www.yiiframework.com/wiki
and on the top right column click on "Write new article"…
