This tool looks perfect! The only question I have is why it is named "yiimessagedb" and not for example "yiitranslate"? If I would google and found yiimessagedb I would not be able to figure out that it is related to translating yii apps in anyway.

Maybe you would consider changing project name?

I see the project has not been updated in a while. Do you think it is compatible with yii 1.1?

When I found out about your project I suddenly thought of a website I saw once that let their users update the translations themselves. Surely moderated, but I want to go that way too… :)

Hello,

yes it should be compatible with Yii 1.1

Also the project is open to everyone to join if someone has the time to improve it; at this stage it is not optimized and I would suggest to use it only as a development tool, not for final users.
